Joanne’s training session was perfect for what we were looking for. She delivered a really clear training session on which all my staff were fully engaged and forthcoming. From start to finish my staff were completely involved and listened to all Joanne had to offer. She has a very warm and welcoming persona in which my staff members felt at ease to interact with her and others around them. Joanne got them all involved in group activities in order to show them how we can better customer service.
